"Join us!" ~ Gypsy, MST3K

Sunday, August 7th, 3pm
MST11 (Mystery Spatula Theater 11) presents their debut screening/party of episode 202, "Roger Corman's Fantastic 4"
With special guest star: the great Luke Ski as Dr. Hotman and The Professor (who will also be present at the event).
5050 S Lake Shore Dr (Chicago, IL), Summit Club
Free and open to the public.
DVDs will be on sale at the event.
DVDs are also on sale at Graham Cracker Comics (downtown Chicago location only).

Need more explanation? It's a fan-film-parody-tribute to MST3K. They've made their own version of the bots, and green-screened themselves in the front row, ripping on Rager Corman's version of "Fantastic Four". There are also interstitial skits, one during which I play the aforementioned characters. It's in Chicago, it's Sunday, and it's free. It's also hilarious and available for sale on their own home-made DVDs. Be there. :)

Funny - I would picture you in a blue Star Fleet uniform, not red.

Hey Luke, it's Kornflake!

I don't think I can even go back through and figure out how I found you on here, but it was quite the happy accident (unlike the one the dog just had on my shoe... that is a most-unhappy accident right there). Anyway, I'd ask how you've been, but it seems it'd be best if I didn't. So I'll just add you to my friends list, and leave you a hug for whenever you need it!
*hug*

MST

Are the DVD's only going to be available at the show? What about those of us that can't make it down there? (sigh, that's what I get for living in Ohio I guess).

I want to go. But I work at on Sundays and don't get off work until 2:30. Sp it would take me around 2 hours to get from my job to there, by then it'd already be over.

The only way I'd make it, is if I skip going to work Sunday. Can't really afford that.

Why not just skip out an hour early? :D
Say you have an appointment.

Okay, I am confused. The MST11 website lists the Fantasti Four movie as being episode 201, it is the D&D movie that is episode 202. I just ordered the DVD of episode 201, I hope I get the right one sent to me!

Well, he got the information from me, which I was reciting purely from memory with no facts to back me up. :P It's actually episode 201, if that's what the website says.
